Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
2 Medium Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
5 Serrano peppers (minced) or
pepper of choice
1 Lime or lemon (juiced and seeded)
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

All these ingredients are easily chopped if you have a food
hand chopper. Combine all ingredients together in bowl and mix until well blended. If you desire a spicier Pico de Gallo, add more peppers. Salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes for flavors to blend.
Serve as dip with Corn Tortilla chips or as a salsa.
