Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 Large ripe avocados
1 Large tomato (chopped)
6 Serrano peppers (minced) or of choice
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Lemon (juiced and seeded)
3 tbsp Cilantro (chopped) optional

Remove seeds from avocado and mash in bowl until
smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool and for ingredients to blend. Serve with corn tortilla chips as dip or as a side salsa. To make guacamole spicier, add more peppers, as well as making it milder, use less peppers.
