12 Corn Tortillas
1 can Refried Beans *
Vegetable oil for frying
1 1/2 cups Shredded cheese
Sliced Avocados
Chopped Tomatoes
Shredded Lettuce
Ingredients:
In large skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry corn tortillas on
both sides until crisp and firm. Set aside and place on
paper towels to drain. Heat refried beans in another
skillet. Spread beans on top of tortilla shells. Top with
lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and cheese.
Serve hot with picante sauce or salsa.
